Special Note:  Use of any reversing block for reversing a train requires supervision by the dispatcher at all times.

Special Note - Subdivision L

Unless authorized by the dispatcher, all trains in Subdivision L shall be orientated such that their forward direction of travel is eastbound to facilitate forward motion upgrade when leaving the subdivision and reverse motion downgrade when entering the subdivision.
